Lifetime Guarantee on All Parts

All parts come with a guarantee for the estimated lifespan set by the manufacturers. The duration depends on how frequently each part is used.
For occasional use, like during the holidays, the lifespan could extend up to 30-40 years. With nightly use, it may be around 7-8 years. Changes in future technology may affect the lifespan of controls.

Labor costs for repairing manufacturer-defective parts are covered for at least 5 years. This includes faulty bulbs, power supply parts, LED controllers, connections, and aluminum channel finish.

Although the control board connected to a smartphone or tablet is covered under the lifetime parts warranty, the software linking the unit to the device is not included.
Issues related to Wi-Fi or radio frequency interference are not covered. Connecting the Trimlight Controller to the local network is recommended, but using the Trimlight signal broadcast from the box is more reliable.
Attempt troubleshooting before contacting a local representative for repairs. A minimum service fee of $75 may apply if the parts are found to be working. Further details on our warranty can be found below.
